Dalkia UK is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at the Culham Science Centre in Abingdon. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

* Proactively planning works to ensure completion within scheduled completion dates
* Requesting call-outs and arranging subcontractor attendance on project works
* Following up on outdated works and works not completed with subcontractors
* Operating the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries, and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies
* Providing support on the helpdesk when required
* Interacting with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver works successfully

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent
* An understanding of and experience with project works environments
* An understanding of key deliverables of a Programme of works and experience in the use of applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
