We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing contracts, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts from scheduling to invoicing
  • Assist in proactive planning of works to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare monthly reports on contracts
  • Procure parts and specialist resources
  • Arrange access to buildings for job completion
  • Request call-outs and arrange subcontractor attendance
  • Maintain client records and relationships
  • Allocate works to the engineering team
  • Follow up on outdated works and works not completed with subcontractors
  • Operate the Dalkia CPA system for purchase orders, timesheets, and invoice queries
  • Provide support on the helpdesk
  • Interact with engineers and subcontractors to deliver works successfully
Requirements
  • GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Understanding of project works environment
  • Experience with applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Customer awareness and responsiveness
  • Adaptability and responsiveness to changing circumstances
