Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Optronics and Missile Electronics (OME) UK team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective Risk Management services in a complex multiple project delivery environment.
  • Develop and implement risk management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Manage and coordinate risk and opportunity reviews, ensuring that risks and opportunities are identified, reported, and managed at an appropriate level.
  • Prepare and present risk and opportunity reports to support formal programme reviews and senior management briefings.
  • Collaborate with finance and project control teams to ensure accurate risk and opportunity management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a standalone Risk Management role, providing an effective Risk Management service in a complex multiple project delivery environment.
  • Practical knowledge of the full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification, and developing capture plans and winning strategies.
  • Experience of client and stakeholder management in a complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-site project management context.
