Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our Optronics and Missile Electronics (OME) UK team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective Risk Management services in a complex multiple project delivery environment.
  • Develop and implement risk management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage and coordinate risk and opportunity reviews, ensuring timely and effective mitigation of risks.
  • Prepare and present risk and opportunity reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a standalone Risk Management role, with a strong track record of delivering effective risk management services.
  • Practical knowledge of the full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification, and developing capture plans and winning strategies.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with experience of working in complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-site project management contexts.
