Job Description

**Job Title:** Financial Operations Manager

**Company:** Stirling Warrington

**Location:** Hinckley, Leicestershire

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including supporting reconciliations
  • Reviewing control accounts reconciliations on a rolling basis to aid year-end
  • Monitoring the completion and production of sales and purchase ledger
  • Preparation of year-end accounts, including the provision and assistance of the annual audit
  • Completing monthly 1-2-1's and annual Performance Development Reviews with the team

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ACCA / AAT / CIMA
  • Proven experience in management of an accounts team/department
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting
  • Knowledge of Access Dimensions preferred but not essential
  • Experience of payroll and daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting
