Resident Liaison Officer Job Description

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our client's project team in Ilford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resident enquiries, communicating project updates, and ensuring the smooth delivery of a £9m de-cladding project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resident enquiries through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and impact on residents in a clear and concise manner.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and the project team, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Represent resident interests internally, influencing project decisions that affect residents.
  • Collaborate with the project team to respond to resident queries and concerns.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Minimize disruption to residents during noisy activities.
  • Ensure reasonable steps are taken to reduce natural light and ventilation impacts.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the building and residents.
  • Reduce disruption to residents required to leave their homes temporarily during remedial works.

This role requires an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a background in main contractor projects. Experience with cladding works is desirable but not essential.
