Position Overview
The role involves managing the administrative functions for the Health Education East of England (NHS E) Postgraduate School of Surgery and Medicine. This includes providing comprehensive support to various specialties, including Training Programme Directors and senior medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Facilitating other training initiatives within the Post Graduate Medical Centre, including collaboration with Educational Supervisors.
- Coordinating the execution of Regional Training Days.
- Organizing and assisting in the arrangement of both in-person and virtual meetings using digital platforms.
- Maintaining precise financial records and generating financial reports for management review.
- Actively participating in the Medical Education team, providing support as needed.
- Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of various educational activities and events, including regional teaching and simulation training.
