Job Description

**Global Financial Services Company Seeks Strategic L&D Advisor**

An exceptional opportunity has arisen with Intec Select, a leading global financial services company, to join their London-based HR Team as a strategic focused Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop, and deliver L&D strategies globally.

L&D Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement learning and development strategies and programs globally, understanding the medium- and long-term growth plans.
  • Assess individual and organisational development needs, identify skill gaps and future learning requirements globally.
  • Track learning effectiveness, including recording, reporting, and analysis of training records.
  • Assess the success of development plans and work with employees and managers to support career development.
  • Forecast current and future learning and development costs, advise on the right course of action.
  • E-learning platform content; Keep abreast of latest learning and development products and approaches.
  • Onboarding of employees, support the global team when necessary.
  • Management of external learning funded by the organisation such as apprenticeships, certifications, and other funded opportunities.
  • Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing L&D strategies in a growing team.
  • Experience in project management and budgeting.
  • Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions, and make recommendations in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.
  • Business level fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal).
