About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Assistant to join our team at Gordon Yates Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Executive team, including managing inboxes, administering expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the Executive team's diaries, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel arrangements, including flights and transportation, for the Executive team.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience as an EA/Team Assistant or Secretary, with a strong background in administrative support.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in credit card and expenses reconciliation, with experience using administrative software and systems.
