Job Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver first-line technical assistance to users facing various hardware, software, and peripheral issues. You will also be tasked with addressing, documenting, and resolving service desk inquiries promptly, adhering to service level agreements.

We are in search of a candidate with exceptional analytical abilities to identify, assess, and resolve intricate issues, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel.

Your key responsibilities as an IT Support Specialist will include:

Delivering Technical Assistance: Address and resolve technical support inquiries from business clients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Troubleshooting Problems: Efficiently diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges using a variety of tools and methodologies.

Documentation Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain thorough and accessible technical documentation, ensuring it remains current and beneficial for team members and users.

Process Adherence: Follow established service desk protocols and procedures to guarantee consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Support Ticket Management: Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolutions.
