Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Infrastructure Designer to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our Infrastructure Solutions Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design and deployment of site infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety, service, and deployment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review site design submissions to ensure compliance with MBNL guidance, EE, and Three standards.
  • Advocate for Health and Safety and Quality, ensuring solutions are clearly documented on MBNL systems.
  • Report into the MBNL site assurance team, recording compliance and defects.
  • Liaise with cross-party Design, Acquisition, and Deployment teams as required.
  • Liaise with shareholders to resolve queries, ensuring satisfactory designs.
  • Ensure site designs are cost-effective.

Requirements:

  • Current driving license.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, Emails, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
  • Significant design experience in general telecoms infrastructure with an operator, MSP, or Designer/PC.
  • Ability to interpret and author documentation to a good standard.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Specialism in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical.
  • HNC or degree-level qualifications.
