Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Infrastructure Designer to join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). As a key member of our Infrastructure Solutions Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design and deployment of site infrastructure meets the safety, service, and deployment requirements of our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Review: Review site design submissions to ensure compliance with MBNL guidance, EE, and Three standards, maintaining cooperation and collaboration standards.
- Health and Safety: Be a strong advocate for Health and Safety and Quality, ensuring solutions offered are clearly documented on MBNL systems.
- Site Assurance: Report into MBNL site assurance team, recording compliance and defects, and liaise with cross-party Design, Acquisition, and Deployment teams as required.
- Cost-Effective Design: Ensure site designs are cost-effective, and solutions offered are clearly documented on MBNL systems.
- Liaison: Liaise with shareholders to resolve queries, ensuring satisfactory designs.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence: Current driving licence.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate for MS Word, MS Excel, Emails, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
- Design Experience: Significant design experience in general telecoms infrastructure with an operator, MSP, or Designer/PC.
- Documentation: Ability to interpret and author documentation to a good standard.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Specialism: Specialism in either Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical.
- Qualifications: HNC or degree-level qualifications.
