Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Infrastructure Designer to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our Infrastructure Solutions Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design and deployment of site infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety, service, and deployment requirements.

About the Role:

  • Review site design submissions to ensure compliance with our company's guidelines and industry standards.
  • Advocate for health and safety and quality standards throughout the design process.
  • Ensure that solutions are clearly documented on our systems and reported to the site assurance team.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, acquisition, and deployment, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure satisfactory designs.
  • Design sites in a cost-effective manner, balancing business needs with technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as AutoCAD.
  • Significant design experience in general telecoms infrastructure, preferably with an operator, MSP, or designer/PC.
  • Ability to interpret and author documentation to a high standard.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Specialism in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • HNC or degree-level qualifications.
