The Role: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Aqualytix team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the water hygiene sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional customer experiences.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development within the water hygiene or related industries. A strong understanding of Legionella control regulations (ACOP L, HSG Parts - and HTM -) is essential. Experience in risk assessment or plumbing would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial for success in this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
A full driving license is required due to the nature of the role.
