About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager - New Business. You will be responsible for engaging in 10% account management and 90% new business sales, with a focus on evolving into a 50/50 split. Your target revenue for the first year will be between £500K and £1 million across account management and new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing clients to maintain and grow relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial consumables and engineering solutions sector
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to support sales efforts and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales and account management skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the industrial sector
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Resilience and comfort in dealing with engineers and industrial clients
