Job Summary

Pareto is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our product portfolio, managing our sales team, and building strategic relationships with key clients.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong new business hunting experience, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to commute to our office 2-3 days a week.
