About the Role

This is a highly rewarding position that requires a strong understanding of community outreach and engagement. You will be responsible for developing relationships with vulnerable and isolated families, providing accessible information, and promoting opportunities for family strengthening.

As a fluent Bengali speaker, you will work closely with health visitors and other agencies to identify the needs of parents and carers. Your ability to empathize and communicate effectively will be essential in building trust and rapport with our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accessible information and support to parents and carers

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience of community outreach and engagement, particularly in an inner-city environment. You will need excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
