Job Title: Senior Finance and Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Administration Manager to join our team at The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. As a key member of our finance and administration team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and administrative support to our project office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial management and oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Coordinate and implement financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government officials, and other partners.
  • Provide administrative support, including human resources, procurement, and logistics.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members, including finance, administration, and program staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration, with a focus on financial management and leadership.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or international development organization.
  • Knowledge of US Government rules and regulations, including USAID and other USG government agencies.
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
