Job Description

As a Front of House Manager with Hastings District Council, you will play a key role in leading our event crew on-shift, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, patrons, and team members. This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills, build relationships, and work across various aspects of events while being well-compensated, well-trained, and well-supported.

About You

  1. You will possess proven customer service skills and the ability to go above and beyond for our clients.
  2. Cash-handling experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
  3. You should have sound PC skills, including the ability to use Microsoft packages at a beginner level.
