About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Supporter Engagement team at Crohn's & Colitis UK, a leading charity dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

As a Supporter Engagement Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer care and engaging with supporters to build strong relationships and inspire them to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer care and respond to supporter queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage and involve supporters
  • Work closely with the Income Generation team to deliver administrative support and contribute to the achievement of strategic priorities
  • Manage a busy workload and deadlines, taking ownership of problems and escalating to a manager where necessary
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working in a similar role, providing customer care and engaging with supporters in a fast-paced environment.

You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office and have strong administration skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. If you are passionate about making a difference and have a strong desire to work for a leading charity, we would love to hear from you.
