Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic events and marketing team at Tate Hitchin. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the business with a wide range of marketing tasks, including website management, social media management, email campaigns, analytics and reporting, creative design, supplier coordination, event support, and webinar facilitating.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our website content on Squarespace, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Oversee our social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, using Hootsuite for scheduling and planning posts.
  • Send out regular email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, targeting our audience with relevant and informative content.
  • Monitor online engagement with Google Analytics and ensure e-signatures are updated regularly.
  • Create marketing collateral such as flyers, infographics, customer information packs, brochures, and materials for events using Canva.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and manage the production of marketing materials.
  • Assist with the promotion of upcoming events using our in-house CRM system and create PowerPoint presentations for event speakers.
  • Support webinar events via platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp.
  • Skills in design tools, including Canva.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite.
  • Knowledge of website management tools, including Squarespace.
  • Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
