Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Procode. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our CRM and customer journey tools, modernizing our current products and services, and managing new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our CRM and customer journey tools, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and the business.
  • Monitor all aspects of a product's performance to inform the product roadmap and prioritize the needs of the business.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Be accountable for the ownership of the product backlogs and prioritize the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Commercial Product Management experience of customer journey and CRM systems.
  • Ability to take accountability for the products outcomes and deliver value to the team.
  • Previous experience of conducting competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
