Marketing and Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Marketing and Office Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As a Marketing and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the development of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in marketing administration or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license.
