Marketing and Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Marketing and Office Administrator to join our team at a well-established architect firm based in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling social media content, coordinating marketing activities, and providing administrative support within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Researching project histories, practice procedures, and general business requirements to support bids
  • Producing and updating practice brochures
  • Developing and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practice partners
  • Preparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releases
  • Coordinating and submitting architectural award entries
  • Planning and coordinating events
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in bid writing and/or marketing administration is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driving licence
