Salary: £12.00- £13.00 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30 OR 9.30am to 6pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Portsmouth. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist within a specialist Customer Support team
  • Take a high volume of calls from customers and assist them with their enquiries
  • Arrange to book in car services, MOTs and repairs to vehicles
  • Handle a variety of customer enquiries via email and on the telephone
  • Process legal documents onto the system
  • Data entry of highly important information
  • Liaise with third parties to manage customer enquiries and issues
  • Complaint handling
  • Ensure information that has been input onto the system is done with high levels of accuracy and administration tasks are handled with care

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
