Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly and safely.
  • Think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
