Position Overview:
As an Automotive Integration Systems Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer productivity through tailored upfit solutions.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer specializing in Automotive Integration Systems. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Special Vehicles teams and converters by creating comprehensive support documentation and refining support processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and validate the functionality of the Automotive Integration System Logic Tool concerning Logic Blocks and vehicle features through thorough research and practical validation.
2. Develop user-friendly documentation that elucidates the fundamental workings of the logic tool, including technical guides and instructional videos (no on-camera presence required).
3. Create application examples that illustrate how converters can effectively utilize the tool to fulfill their specific needs, collaborating closely with the engineering team.
4. Partner with the Intelligence Software Team and Technical Team to incorporate help resources into the Logic Tool and online platforms.
5. Collaborate with the Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service (VCAS) team and Technical team to disseminate examples to converters and educate the VCAS team on available resources.
6. Potentially conduct training sessions on the Automotive Integration System product across various regions, depending on the candidate's expertise.

Required Skills:
- Proficient technical writing skills.
- Basic understanding of programming principles.
- Experience with video screen capture and editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical integration in vehicle conversions is advantageous.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in the automotive sector.
- Background in the converted vehicle industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in creating technical support documentation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with programming support platforms, such as Stack Overflow, is desirable.

Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
