About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pension Implementation Analyst to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As a key player in implementation projects, you will oversee junior analysts' work and serve as the technical expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for product implementation
  • Translate client requirements into business solutions
  • Lead ad-hoc Scheme Benefits processes
  • Mentor junior team members and manage tasks
  • Contribute to technological platform development and project management

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and legislation
  • Experience in DB Pensions or employee benefits administration
  • Client relationship skills and project experience
  • Ability to analyze web requirement documents
