About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Implementation Analyst to join our team at Capita Pensions Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining pension schemes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse calculation requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs
  • Configure and test pension system data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Participate in client meetings and project status calls to ensure effective communication
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and Capita departments to resolve issues and provide support
  • Support the technical development of our pension technology platforms through participation in new and/or enhanced developments
  • Provide support to the line manager in the effective management of staff under their direct control
  • Support the production of requirements documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Facilitate internal and external system training to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
  • End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle, including initiation, governance, control, and closure
  • Ability to draft an automated Excel calculator with basic formulas
  • Ability to manipulate data with good data accuracy and explain pension member records, relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds, and investments
  • Knowledge of different types of pension schemes, member statuses, and applicable calculations
  • Ability to draft and interpret calculation proformas and scenario matrices
  • Ability to draft and check test plans to detail expected results and system updates
