About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at EPH Creative, a leading event and theming supplier in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, maintaining regular contact, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Handle client enquiries, deliver high-level service, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets and team KPIs
  • Process rental orders via CRM and RMS
  • Follow up post-event and resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with departments to meet client needs and expectations
  • Re-engage lapsed clients and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain client records and assist with team training
  • Attend trade and hospitality shows as required

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven sales/account management track record, ideally within the event/hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in sales/account management, preferably in the event/hospitality sector
  • Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and achieve sales targets
  • Confident in client interactions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Strong upselling skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexible, customer-focused, and passionate about client success
