Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Allied Healthcare. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our lettings team to achieve targets and ensure compliance with all legal documentation.
  • Contribute to building our brand in the local marketplace through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide high levels of customer service to clients, responding to telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Carry out viewings and obtain feedback from clients to ensure we are meeting their needs.
  • Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and issue legal documents related to the tenancy, ensuring all safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
  • Work with our property management team to ensure properties are prepared for move-in and that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are satisfied with their new properties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar lettings negotiator role is highly desirable.
  • Sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as you will be required to travel to various locations.
