Gotpeople is in search of an experienced Sales Engineering Manager within the doors and windows sector, who is prepared to embrace a role filled with significant responsibilities and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team consisting of five members.
- Establish and monitor sales objectives to drive performance.
- Act as the primary contact for all technical and installation inquiries.
- Resolve any issues related to Window Designer and Logikal software, including updates.
- Adjust product pricing in our systems as necessary.
- Enhance our product range by sourcing upgraded components from suppliers.
- Develop all technical documentation and materials, such as cross-section drawings and installation manuals.
- Create custom CAD drawings upon request.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales or a similar position.
- Management experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in CAD, Window Designer (1st degree), Logikal, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively present technical information.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
This is an office-based position that requires regular travel to client locations. A valid UK driving license is essential. This role is full-time and requires prior work experience in the UK.
