Job Description

TSI Turbo Service International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to expand their global market presence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in maritime sales, and the skills necessary to build strong client relationships. As an International Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, explore new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and networking.
  • Travel extensively across the assigned region, meeting existing and new clients face to face.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
The Ideal Candidate

The International Sales Manager will be most suited to someone who loves to travel and wants to leverage their sales experience in the maritime industry. The individual will also:

  • Have demonstrable sales experience in the Maritime industry.
  • Be proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Need to travel extensively across the region.
