Job Summary:

Capital Markets Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantitative Trade Support Engineer to join our client, a major Quantitative Hedge fund. As a key member of the systematic Portfolio Managers and Traders team, you will support pre and post-trade lifecycles, working on well-established L2/L3 support teams for quantitative trading systems, real-time analytics, and research infrastructure.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and mid to back-office teams at the hedge fund
  • Support the development and maintenance of quantitative trading systems, real-time analytics, and research infrastructure
  • Work closely with the trading and portfolio management teams to ensure seamless trade execution and post-trade processing
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the trading and portfolio management teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Technical proficiency in C++ and Python, Linux, SQL, AWS
  • At least 2 years of experience in a trade support role at a Hedge Fund, Trading firm or investment bank
  • DevOps experience, including Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Bitbucket, and Dockers, is advantageous
