Job Summary

Capital Markets Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantitative Trade Support Specialist to join our client, a leading Quantitative Hedge fund. As a key member of the systematic Portfolio Managers and Traders team, you will be responsible for supporting pre and post-trade lifecycles.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well-established L2/L3 support team for quantitative trading systems, real-time analytics, and research infrastructure. You will have the chance to collaborate with an exceptionally talented team operating in a hybrid approach and earn market-leading compensation packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve quantitative trading systems and other live analytics processes
  • Monitor and manage the trade lifecycle, including pre and post-trade processes
  • Resolve trade settlement issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and mid to back-office teams at the hedge fund
  • Integrate systems with development teams and counterparties
  • Assist with Portfolio Manager onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Technical proficiency in C++/Python, Linux, SQL, AWS
  • 2+ years experience in a trade support role at a Hedge Fund, Trading firm or investment bank
  • Possess a professional and team-oriented demeanor
  • Familiarity with FIX trading protocol
  • DevOps experience, including Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Bitbucket, and Dockers, is advantageous
