Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for institutions and financial advisers in the Southern Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work closely with business partners and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a local marketing plan for the Southern Europe region, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives, including content strategy, email marketing, advertising, and digital user experience.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans for the region, using innovative platforms and channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as marketing agencies, media outlets, and freelancers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- ~5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the asset management or financial services industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Proficient working knowledge of English and Italian/Spanish.
