Medicines Management Nurse

NHS Lothian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced registered nurse to join our Pharmacy team as a Medicines Management Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality medicines management services to patients at St John's Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the medicines one stop service at St John's Hospital
- Deliver education and training to staff on medicines management processes
- Contribute to the development and improvement of medicines management services
- Work collaboratively with the Pharmacy team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Registered Nurse with current registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Council register
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of audit, quality improvement and change/project management

This is a permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £39,912 - £48,635.
