About the Role

Practice Plus Group is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Medicines Management team in a secure environment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing an integrated, safe, legal, and high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, and high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
  • Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, which will be part of a comprehensive healthcare package based on the prison services needs.
  • Be an integral member of the Medicines Management team, which forms part of the wider cluster of Healthcare Services.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC).
  • Relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment and multi-disciplinary team.
