Levitate Recruitment, a specialist in Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join a leading Accountancy Practice. The firm has experienced significant growth over the past year, driven by its commitment to exceptional service and reputation in the North West region.
The company requires a Senior Manager to oversee the management and development of their audit team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role presents an excellent opportunity for future leaders to take on key responsibilities and contribute to the firm's projected growth over the next two years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing expert guidance and support.
- Take the lead in planning and executing audits from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Organize and prioritize the workload across the team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting effective time management.
- Work closely with the Partner to set budgets, negotiate fees, and monitor billings, ensuring the firm's financial goals are met.
- Develop and coach the audit team, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, identifying opportunities for advisory projects and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Hold ACA/ACCA qualifications and possess at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards.
- Experience in performing an RI audit role is highly desirable.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
