The primary duties involve orchestrating and participating in the marketing and negotiation of Financial Institutions business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets, in alignment with the Marketing Strategy.

This role offers a Hybrid working arrangement, blending both office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate submissions
  • Lead quote broking and follow market broking
  • Present terms to clients and networks
  • Execute Firm Order broking (PPL and email)
  • Document broking activities in market sheets
  • Review draft and final MRC
  • Send cover confirmations to clients and networks
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
  • Conduct client meetings
  • Address A/C inquiries
  • Establish and manage a pipeline
  • Ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework and Aon UK Limited policies

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector
  • A minimum of 18 months of technical knowledge in Financial Lines
  • Comprehension of London insurance market dynamics
  • Proficiency in utilizing insurance IT systems
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Solid understanding of compliance and FCA regulations
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
