Job Summary:

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to a range of professional end-users, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide system support to professional end-users
  • Raise and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
  • Assess and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Work with the development team to resolve complex problems
  • Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in an IT-related subject or equivalent experience
  • Work-based customer service experience, either telephone-based or face-to-face
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to establish a career in the IT support sector
