Essential Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A strong understanding of occupational therapy theory and practice, particularly within the context of mental health.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.
Desirable Requirements:
- Specialized training courses in relevant areas of occupational therapy.
- Experience in leading service development initiatives within mental health settings.
Essential Requirements:
- Post-graduate experience working in mental health settings.
