Job Overview

Loruspartners is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Financial Reporting and Control to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of financial accounting, consolidation, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the group consolidation process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Transform and improve the general ledger function across the organization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure seamless integration and communication
  • Critically review business processes and controls to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Qualified finance professional with a strong track record of carrying out interim assignments successfully
  • Previous consolidation experience and management of large group finance functions in a multi-currency environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Commercially astute with the ability to operate strategically and be hands-on
