Customer Service Executive with Freight Sales Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive with a background in freight sales to join our team at Premier Work Support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in freight sales, with a proven track record of success. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in freight sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Customs Clearance process.
  • Proficiency in CDS and Destin8 systems.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Mathematics and IT skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum.
  • A Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm working schedule.
  • A based in Tilbury, Essex.
