About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Operations to lead our team at Change Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Oversee the management of budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements, ensuring that financial targets are met.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the dining experience, ensuring that our restaurant remains a leader in the industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a management role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment. You will be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, and have a genuine passion for food, drink, and delivering exceptional customer service.
