About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPD Innovation Project Lead to join our team at T&L Sugars Limited (UK). As a key member of our R&D and NPD teams, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of multiple new product launches in sugars, syrups, and new category developments across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully lead the delivery of new product launches from concept to commercialization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe and North America to influence project objectives and goals
  • Provide project-related leadership, direction, and guidance to cross-functional teams within our European Operations, Supply Chain Purchasing, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance business outcomes
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management for the Consumer Goods Industry
  • Experience in managing new products from idea/concept through to commercialization
  • Strong working knowledge of stage gate process
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
  • Practitioner in PRINCE2 / MSP/ PMP/ CAPM/ Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Bachelors degree level qualification
