Job Overview

The Blue Spark Organisation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Product Development Manager to join their creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate food professional to lead the development of new products, managing the critical path from concept to launch, while ensuring that technical and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new products, managing the critical path from concept to launch
  • Manage a small team of developers, helping to nurture and challenge them
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas that enhance the existing range of products
  • Own key customer accounts, acting as the dedicated contact to provide accurate communication both internally and externally
  • Present new and exciting concepts to customers, discussing feasibility and commercial potential

Requirements

  • Proven concept through to launch experience, ideally within the chilled product sector
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to drive projects forward
  • Experience of working in both NPD and Process teams, with a strong understanding of the chilled food sector
