As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to market launch, working closely with teams in the UK, US, and other Middle East and African countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple NPD projects across EMEA, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, setting milestones and managing dependencies.
- Coordinate with US-based teams on product development, ensuring smooth information flow and commercialization.
- Work with bottling partners and suppliers to drive project commercialization and identify risks.
- Analyze data to drive informed decisions and continuous process improvements.
- 3+ years of FMCG project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Expertise in stage-gate project management.
