Product Development Opportunity

**About the Role**

Alexander Steele Recruitment is partnering with a leading food manufacturer to find an experienced NPD Process Technologist to join their team in West London. As a key member of the NPD department, you will be responsible for the smooth transition of products from concept to market launch.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate with various teams to meet deadlines and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within the factory and drive operational efficiencies
* Work collaboratively with operations and production to ensure production trials are undertaken within agreed time-scales and schedules
* Coordinate pre-production and launch preparation
* Accurately document settings for all machinery and ensure this is filed in product manuals

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment
* A food science degree or equivalent
* Good project management and problem-solving skills
* Food Safety and HACCP qualifications
