Môrwell Talent Solution is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and take corrective action to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve reconciliation issues and improve financial processes.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required, such as data entry and financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reconciliation or similar finance-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel to perform data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
